Abstract: Goal: the purpose of this research is to study the effect of religion on the moral performance of employees in Iran insurance. Method: for this correlative study, a sample of 127 people from the community of employees in Iran Insurance in Ardabil province, were randomly selected. To collect the data the religiousness questionnaires of Glock and Stark and the moral performance of RAJAEE were used. Results: Pearson correlation analysis showed that all aspects of religion (the belief, empirical, rituals and outcome dimensions) have a significant and positive relation with moral performance. The REGRESION analysis showed that among the religious dimensions, only the outcome dimension was a significant predicator for moral performance and the other dimensions were not significant in prediction of moral performance. Conclusion: The results of this study emphasized the relation between the variables of religion and moral performance. In order to raise the level of moral performance, they seek a serious attention.

Abstract: The aim of this study is that one of the two capital asset pricing model based on the use of C-CAPM and capital assets pricing model modified RA-CAPM can be used in the Tehran Stock Exchange as a tool to predict accurately and stronger appearance and optimal allocation of resources would be useful to investors. For this purpose, beta risk and real return on investment will be measured. That beta independent variable and the dependent variable that is true returns. Is consisted of three sub-hypotheses is the main hypothesis of this study was to study the companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during a period of five years (between 2009-2013). Among the companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange by the end of 2013, using a sample survey earned Morgan table, then firms listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange and encoded using simple random sampling , the sample is obtained. To document the results of statistical analysis and final solutions achieved statistical methods using Eviews software has attempted to analyze the questions and assumptions. Hypotheses using linear regression compound F and t tests were analyzed. The result of this study shows a significant correlation C-CAPM model RA-CAPM model is better and can be more explanatory power in predicting actual performance. RA-CAPM test result also reflects the excellence of the C-CAPM model, and suggests that the expected return model RA-CAPM deviation of actual return is lower than the C-CAPM model.

Abstract:Inthis paper, a new three-phase four-wire distribution static compensator (DSTATCOM) based on a T-connected transformer and a three-leg voltage source converter (VSC) is proposed for power quality improvement. The T-connected transformer connection mitigates the neutral current and the three-leg VSC compensates harmonic current, reactive power, and balances the load. Two single-phase transformers are connected in T-configuration for interfacing to a three-phase four-wire power distribution system and the required rating of the VSC is reduced. The insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) based VSC is supported by a capacitor and is controlled for the required compensation of the load current. The dc bus voltage of the VSC is regulated during varying load conditions. The DSTATCOM is tested for power factor correction and voltage regulation along with neutral current compensation, harmonic elimination, and balancing of linear loads as well as nonlinear loads. The performance of the three-phase fourwire DSTATCOM is validated using MATLAB software with its Simulink and power system blockset toolboxes.

Abstract :The psychology is descriptive and empirical science while Islamic jurisprudence (Feqh) is credible and compulsory knowledge. But despite of the existing distinctions in nature and mission between two sciences, there are some fields for synergy among these two sciences, which may be measurable. Of them one can refer to similarity and commonality in subject, domain, and practicality. Whereas the juristic injunctions are subjected to real expediencies and vices thus psychology may remarkably contribute to developing the juristic injunctions with presentation of psychological analyses of juristic injunctions. Likewise, proposing contingent juristic subjects and further richness of jurisprudence knowledge (Feqh), developing domain in jurisprudence, and paving the way for establishment of academic major ‘psychological jurisprudence’ are assumed as some of other functions of psychology science in jurisprudence (Feqh) and among various branches of psychology, developmental psychology (growth) and psychopathology play the most prominent role in this field.

ABSTRACT. In this article we will discuss about gc-fusion frame bounds. We present a new method to obtain gc-fusion frame bounds. In the applications to irregular sampling of band-limited functions this alternative strategy leads to better and explicit estimates of the gc-fusion frame bounds.

ABSTRACT: Acinetobacter baumannii is one of the most important hospital opportunistic pathogen that causes wide infections in people with impotent immune system. This bacterium causes broad infections including bacteremia, sepsis, pneumonia, endocarditis, meningitis, skin and wound infections, harms to soft body tissues, and respiratory and urinary infections. Presently, unhappily, existence of strains resistant to several medications has provoked concerns in academic community of the world. Conducted in Tabriz Sina Hospital, this study intended to identify and isolate Acinetobacter Baumannii in order to prevent it from growing epidemic. Form among 1,120 samples of the patients hospitalized in different departments, a number of 95 Acinetobacter baumannii strains were identified using phenotypic and genotypic methods after biochemical tests were carried out using Multiplex PRC method.

Abstract: Current research has studied the effect of information technology and social networks on international entrepreneurs in nanotechnology companies business. This descriptive research in terms of purpose is applicable and in terms of nature and the methodology is a correlation and survey kind, because it studies the relationship between the variables. The statistical population of this research includes the managers and experts of small and medium active companies which are the member of nanotechnology staff. The statistical sample includes 231 persons of managers and experts of studied companies that have been selected and tested by simple random sampling method. The studied variables of this research were measured by using of research tool, standard questionnaires, information technology (researcher-made) and international entrepreneurial questionnaire (international standardized questionnaire of entrepreneurship center of « Darham» University) and social networks questionnaire. In order to determine the validity of these tools, the face validity and content validity were used. In order to analyze the data, the hypotheses were evaluated by using of linear Regression. The results obtained from the research indicate that information technology and social networks have had strong and positive effect on international entrepreneurial business of studied companies. Also there is positive and meaningful relationship between entrepreneurship and international entrepreneurial business.
