Abstract: This research considers the effect of delicacy of free cash flow of capital structure. For considering this subject three hypotheses were written. Therefore assessing the relationship between above variables 5 years information of companies accepted in Tehran stock exchange during 2009-2013 was considered. For statistical analysis benefiting regression model of Panel Data were used for testing hypothesis based on F and T test by using Views.Regarding above discussions, result of research shows that there is diverse and meaningful relationship between ratio of debt (capital market) and free cash flow of companies accepted in Tehran stock exchange. Also the result shows that the relationship between capital structure and free cash flow is diverse and meaningful regarding unrelated variety and by attention to the modified determination coefficient that shows the degree of effectiveness of dependent variable from independent variable we can state that unrelated variety has had positive effect on the relationship between capital structure and free cash flow.

Abstract: Nitrogen is one of the essential elements required for plant growth and has tremendous mobility and waste. Some cover crops with developed root system, as the nitrogen receiver plants, can make nitrogen available to the subsequent plant and increase its use efficiency. For this purpose, this research was performed during the crop year 92-93 at the Agricultural Research Station of Islamic Azad University of Karaj in the Mahdasht area. This study was carried out using factorial experiment in the form of a randomized complete block design with 4 replications. The experiment treatments consisted of two varieties of Brassica family, called Perko and Buko, were used as pre planting plants. The placement of 3 levels of nitrogen (N0, N150, N300) Kg per hectare, provided from urea source (given the nitrogen use efficiency in Karaj) in two different depths of 0-30 and 30-60 cm. The maize (703 single cross) cultivation was performed after pre-planting plants cultivation. The highest performance of maize dry matter was appertained to the highest level of applied nitrogen (300 Kg / ha). The lowest economic performance of maize grain as well as the lowest amount of nitrogen uptake of maize grain, the lowest crop efficiency in using nitrogen, the lowest efficiency in nitrogen uptake (Recovery ), pertained to the pre-planting plant (Perko) at a depth of 30 cm. The physiological efficiency of nitrogen use was reduced with increase in levels of nitrogen. The highest nitrogen productivity efficiency was obtained through cultivation of Perko and Buko without nitrogen consumption. The greatest amount of nitrogen uptake is observed when two cover crops namely Perko and Buko gave more nitrogen to the maize in the depth of 60 cm in the highest amount of nitrogen use (300kg / ha).

ABSTRACT: By increase of people information about synthetic antibiotic dangerous effects, the demands for natural replacement of these drugs have increased. This study is done by the purpose of synergistic specification of Nano silvers and turnip extract on pathologic bacteria. In this study the turnip plant was used by scientific name of Brassica Napus L. and silver Nano particles. The alcoholic extract of plant is taken first and then concentrations of 50, 100, 200, 400 mg/ml were evaluated. In the last phase the above concentrations were combined together and used for selected bacteria. All tests procedures published by the Well Diffusion Agar, Disk Diffusion Agar and the MIC/MBC on S. aureus, B. cereus, E. coli and P. aeruginosa was performed. The results showed that silver Nano particles comparing to turnip plant alcoholic extract has more antibacterial effect. The turnip extract had more effect on positive gram bacteria while silver Nano particles had much effect on Gram negative bacteria. The effect of turnip extract was more than each of them as this composition has the most effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the least impact on Staphylococcus aureus. Using this composition has considerable effect on pathologic bacteria growth. In order to use clinical application of this composition, doing clinical researches is essential.

ABSTRACT : Electronic contract means an agreement of counter offer and acceptance via online international network and distance connection using audio and visual tools. In electronic contracts taking delivery is very important. Regarding technical features and contract methods and the way of supporting their legal effects, these contracts require recognition and precise matching of them with laws and principles dominated over contracts. Accordingly, lawyers imagining immediate occurrence “taking delivery and delivering” avoided discussing about the time of acceptance credit in such contracts. This article is an endeavor using descriptive and analytical method by library studies to discuss the concept of “taking delivery” in electronic contracts in the two statutory laws of Iran and France in order to present the effect of taking delivery in electronic contracts. According to the studies doing and concluding electronic contracts is not different from present contracts except the method of binding them, and the process of French is to bind at the time and place of delivering the acceptance letter. In the law of Iran, according to the manner of some legal articles, the main effect of taking delivery for the formation of contract and obligation of parties to their consequent commitments regarding specific consensual contracts, but in objective contracts according to the effect of taking delivery in such contracts in the two legal systems of Iran and France before delivery of the case of transaction no contract is concluded, even if an agreement exist regarding such transaction.

ABSTRACT: A hybrid method based on Harmony Search Algorithm (HAS) and Fuzzy Mechanism (FM) has been presented in this paper for solving Economic Load Dispatch (ELD) problem by considering the valve point in power system. The ELD plays an important role in the operation of power system, and several models by using different techniques have been used to solve these problems. For practical generator operation, many nonlinear constraints of the generator, such as ramp rate limits, prohibited operating zone, generation limits, transmission line loss and non-smooth cost functions are all considered using the proposed technique. The purpose of this paper is to find out the advantages of application of the proposed algorithm in particular to the economic load dispatch problem. Here, an attempt has been made to find out the minimum cost by using HSA using the data of six and forty generating units.
