Study on Chemical and Sensory Changes of probiotic fermented beverage based on mixture of pineapple,apple and mango juices

ABSTRACT: Lactic bacteria play important role in production and keeping ferment food and providing probiotic products. The present study evaluates fermented drink production based on the mixture of pineapple, apple and mangifera by Lactobacillus casei PTCC 1608. Factors such as Brix at times after fermentation and pH after fermentation and during 28 days at temperature 4 are evaluated. To produce probiotic fermented drink based on the mixture of pineapple, apple and mangifera, microbe suspension with initial concentration 106, 107 cfu/ml is provided and is inoculated to concentrate mixture of juice with concentration of 20, 30, 40% of juice and fermentation process is performed for 72 hours at temperature 37 . The data analysis is done by multi-range Duncan test in fully randomized design consisting of 6 treatments with 3 control treatments with three replications. During fermentation in all treatments, pH and Brix are reduced. Based on the results, F2T2 treatment with concentration of 30% of juice and density 107 cfu/ml is the best treatment and it has the highest bacteria after 28 days. Sensory evaluation is done after 7, 28 days at temperature 4 by 5 specialist analyzers. C3 control treatment with concentration of 40% of juice is selected as the best treatment. Among fermented samples, F3T1 treatment with concentration of 40% of juice and bacteria density 106 cfu/ml is selected as the best treatment. The results of study show that mixture of pineapple, apple and mangifera juice is a good medium for the growth of lactic acid bacteria .
Representatives Investigation of wealth effects of dividend announcements on stock returns (Evidence from Tehran Stock Exchange)

ABSTRACT: One of the noteworthy features of dividend policy is that dividend payment could favorably affect stoke price and firms' value. This paper attempts to analyze the wealth effect of signaling hypotheses of dividend announcements on stock prices using event study methodology. The study contains a sample of 80 listed firms in Tehran Stock Exchange, over period of 2003-2012. In order to investigate the effect of dividend, an event window of 30 days prior and 30 days after the announcement date, the study calculates Abnormal Returns and Cumulative Abnormal Returns using Risk Adjusted Market Model for three categories of dividend announcements, dividend increase, dividend decrease, and no-change in dividends. Then t-statistics and plots are used to analyze significance of the effects of the announcements on stock prices and stock returns. The findings document that the announcements of dividend increase create positive abnormal returns while negative abnormal returns appear after the announcements of dividend decrease in the market.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of the present study was to identify various risks in knowledge-based companies. As an applied and correlation study, the project employed library and field methods to gather required data. The statistical population included all managers and experts of knowledge-based companies in Tehran (N = 380). Using Morgan’s Table, the sample size was computed 181. In this study, we firstly provided the research design and then, collected the literature related to the topic. Having studied the literature, we proposed a conceptual model and designed a questionnaire for the statistical population. The provided questionnaire contained 7 items indicating corporate performance benchmark and 6 items identifying and measuring risks such as political risk, rules and regulations, operational human resources, industry, and management. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was also confirmed. Finally, the obtained data was analyzed using Structural Equations Model through LISREL and SPSS Softwares. As the research findings revealed, there is a significant negative relation between the company performance and political risks, rules and regulations, operational human resources, industry, and management.

ABSTRACT : DNA Microarray is one such technology which enables the researchers to investigate and address issues which were once thought to be non traceable. This technology has empowered the scientific community to understand the fundamental aspects underlining the growth and development of life as well as to explore the genetic causes of anomalies occurring in the functioning of the human body. Microarrays are significant because they possess a huge number of genes and also because of their portable size. This review addresses the potential uses of array data. We first cover the history of microarrays and the antecedent technologies that led to their development. We then discuss the methods of manufacture of microarrays and the most common biological applications.
Effect of diagenetic minerals on gas reservoir porosity of Dalan Formation in a large gas field in northern Persian Gulf

ABSTRACT: Diagenetic processes are very important in forming and changing of the secondary porosity. Diagenetic minerals derived from these processes, play the most important role on the porosity, permeability and size variations of porethrout among the reservoir rocks porosities. In this paper, diagenetic minerals include different types of dolomites (Rd1, Rd2, Rd3, Cd1, and Cd2), anhydrites as diverse structure and textures (nodules structure and textures of needle, radial, fibrous, crystalline, amorphous, mixed, etc.), and calcites as cement (fiber/blade, equant, and poikilotopic). Due to the presence of gas within the reservoir rocks, amount and type of porosity and permeability of the rocks also is important. In the studied area, touching-vug porosities (intergranular, intercrystalline) increase the whole porosity and improve the permeability of the reservoir rock and separated-vug porosities (such as moldic, intraparticle and vuggy) increase the whole porosity but have not a large role in the extraction of gas (permeability). In this paper, the effect of diagenetic minerals on types of porosity has been studied based on the study of thin-sections prepared from cores.

ABSTRACT: The objective of the current study is the comparison between the conflict management styles and the psychological health of the individuals with personalities congruent with their occupations and the individuals having personalities incongruent with their occupations. According to the nature and the objectives, the current study is an applied one and the causal-comparative method has been taken advantage of in order for the study to be performed. The study subjects are all of the employees working in Khouzestan Cement plant which totals 1050 in the time period between 2014 and 2015. Through the use of stratified-random sampling and by making use of Morgan Table the total number of 280 people was chosen as the sample volume. For collecting the data the occupation-personality congruence questionnaires derived from Brigges and Myers (1962), the conflict resolution styles from Putnam and Wilson (1989) and the general health (GHQ28) of Goldberg (1972) were taken advantage of. To analyze the information obtained from the questionnaires the independent cohort t-test and the multivariate analysis of variance were applied. The results showed that the solution-oriented styles (collaboration and compromise) and the non-confrontational styles (avoidance and giving in) is more in the individuals with the personality-occupational congruence than in the individuals without personality-occupational congruence. Also, the study findings revealed that the employees’ psychological health in the individuals with personality-occupation congruence is more than the individuals without personality-occupation congruence.

ABSTRACT : The researchers in the field of organizational culture believe that the relationship of the culture to the organization is like the relationship of character to the person. They believe that to create prosperity in the people of the community should be explored in the context of their personality. It also seems that organizational culture is associated with QWL, thus improving QWL is one of the most important goals of the organization and those who working for the organization. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of organizational culture with an Islamic approach on QWL of the employees at Zahedan Medical Science University. The method used in this research was descriptive with regression approach. The study population included all staff of Zahedan Medical Science University in 2015, which 274 person using Morgan table and simple random sampling method were selected. Questionnaires used in the study were researcher questionnaire in organizational culture with an Islamic approach with 63 items and researcher questionnaire in QWL with 21 items and 5-point Likert scale. To assess the reliability and validity of the mentioned questionnaires, they were given to the respected supervisors and their comments were attracted and also to estimate the reliability, at first 30 copies of the questionnaires were given to the participants which results based on Cronbach alpha for organizational culture questionnaire with an Islamic approach were equal to 934/0 and for QWL were equal to 0.909 respectively.

ABSTRACT: The propulsion subsystem plays a key role in the majority of space systems. This key role results in very accurate and free of error performance of propulsion subsystem, which customers are always expecting. With the increasing use of these systems in recent years, it is necessary to design and develop a domestic stand for such a precise calibration. A stand which could measure the magnitude of produced thrust, and also determines the force (thrust) vector. This paper presents the creative design of a domestic stand, which aims to accurately measure the thrust vector of space propulsion systems, so that it specifies the necessary actions for its implementation.

ABSTRACT: Landing gear is a structure that is mounted under the fuselage and helps the aircraft in takeoffs and landings. The most important duty of landing gear is the control of vibration exerted on the system through the shock absorber which is a common component to all the landing gear. Considering the importance of this issue, the necessity of investigating shock absorber with features such as high efficiency, reliability and maintenance, etc. is undeniable. In the present study In addition to choosing hydro pneumatic shock absorber its relationships arising from oil and gas liquids have been studied. This research was conducted with the aim of reducing the force variations and vibrations, with a focus on liquid gas. Thus, according to the gas laws, initially gas flow in the case of practical modes of isotherms during the taxi and poly trophic during landing has been studied. Considering that in the shock absorber only one mode can be used and Isotherms mode despite less vibration is not responsible for the landing phase and poly trophic mode exerts a lot of vibration on the fuselage, therefore a situation that can meet both needs in a way that have both phases of taxing and landing and at the same time reducing vibrations to be followed is the combination mode that its relation has been extracted at the end.

ABSTRACT: Prediction future of remote sensing stations telecommunication part, recognize opportunities and threats and present solutions during the 40 years of remote sensing, a remarkable development such as improving the resolution of imaging sensors has occurred, followed by the promotion of telecommunication subsystems in order to send, receive and analyze data with a higher bit rate or applying phased array antennas. Alongside with these developments, so many measures have been taken in order to manage the received images and present them to users. Among all, setting up GEONETCast and defining the project of networking satellites could be mentioned. However, in order for the remote sensing receiving stations to be developed well, the roadmap of the countries who already have this technology should be followed. One of the parts of the earth station which is at the forefront of developments, is telecommunication. That is because an earth station is established based on telecommunication requirements; furthermore, the telecommunication subsystems have a noticeable share in the expenditures. In this paper, regarding the present evidence, the future changes of space remote sensing have been introduced; moreover, future stations have been defined according to the previous experience. Nevertheless, as entering this new field is accompanied by opportunities and threats, they have been recognized and some solutions have been presented.
