ABSTRACT: Lactic bacteria play important role in production and keeping ferment food and providing probiotic products. The present study evaluates fermented drink production based on the mixture of pineapple, apple and mangifera by Lactobacillus casei PTCC 1608. Factors such as Brix at times after fermentation and pH after fermentation and during 28 days at temperature 4 are evaluated. To produce probiotic fermented drink based on the mixture of pineapple, apple and mangifera, microbe suspension with initial concentration 106, 107 cfu/ml is provided and is inoculated to concentrate mixture of juice with concentration of 20, 30, 40% of juice and fermentation process is performed for 72 hours at temperature 37 . The data analysis is done by multi-range Duncan test in fully randomized design consisting of 6 treatments with 3 control treatments with three replications. During fermentation in all treatments, pH and Brix are reduced. Based on the results, F2T2 treatment with concentration of 30% of juice and density 107 cfu/ml is the best treatment and it has the highest bacteria after 28 days. Sensory evaluation is done after 7, 28 days at temperature 4 by 5 specialist analyzers. C3 control treatment with concentration of 40% of juice is selected as the best treatment. Among fermented samples, F3T1 treatment with concentration of 40% of juice and bacteria density 106 cfu/ml is selected as the best treatment. The results of study show that mixture of pineapple, apple and mangifera juice is a good medium for the growth of lactic acid bacteria .

ABSTRACT: One of the noteworthy features of dividend policy is that dividend payment could favorably affect stoke price and firms' value. This paper attempts to analyze the wealth effect of signaling hypotheses of dividend announcements on stock prices using event study methodology. The study contains a sample of 80 listed firms in Tehran Stock Exchange, over period of . In order to investigate the effect of dividend, an event window of 30 days prior and 30 days after the announcement date, the study calculates Abnormal Returns and Cumulative Abnormal Returns using Risk Adjusted Market Model for three categories of dividend announcements, dividend increase, dividend decrease, and no-change in dividends. Then t-statistics and plots are used to analyze significance of the effects of the announcements on stock prices and stock returns. The findings document that the announcements of dividend increase create positive abnormal returns while negative abnormal returns appear after the announcements of dividend decrease in the market.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of the present study was to identify various risks in knowledge-based companies. As an applied and correlation study, the project employed library and field methods to gather required data. The statistical population included all managers and experts of knowledge-based companies in Tehran (N = 380). Using Morgan’s Table, the sample size was computed 181. In this study, we firstly provided the research design and then, collected the literature related to the topic. Having studied the literature, we proposed a conceptual model and designed a questionnaire for the statistical population. The provided questionnaire contained 7 items indicating corporate performance benchmark and 6 items identifying and measuring risks such as political risk, rules and regulations, operational human resources, industry, and management. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was also confirmed. Finally, the obtained data was analyzed using Structural Equations Model through LISREL and SPSS Softwares. As the research findings revealed, there is a significant negative relation between the company performance and political risks, rules and regulations, operational human resources, industry, and management.

ABSTRACT : DNA Microarray is one such technology which enables the researchers to investigate and address issues which were once thought to be non traceable. This technology has empowered the scientific community to understand the fundamental aspects underlining the growth and development of life as well as to explore the genetic causes of anomalies occurring in the functioning of the human body. Microarrays are significant because they possess a huge number of genes and also because of their portable size. This review addresses the potential uses of array data. We first cover the history of microarrays and the antecedent technologies that led to their development. We then discuss the methods of manufacture of microarrays and the most common biological applications.

ABSTRACT: Diagenetic processes are very important in forming and changing of the secondary porosity. Diagenetic minerals derived from these processes, play the most important role on the porosity, permeability and size variations of porethrout among the reservoir rocks porosities. In this paper, diagenetic minerals include different types of dolomites (Rd1, Rd2, Rd3, Cd1, and Cd2), anhydrites as diverse structure and textures (nodules structure and textures of needle, radial, fibrous, crystalline, amorphous, mixed, etc.), and calcites as cement (fiber/blade, equant, and poikilotopic). Due to the presence of gas within the reservoir rocks, amount and type of porosity and permeability of the rocks also is important. In the studied area, touching-vug porosities (intergranular, intercrystalline) increase the whole porosity and improve the permeability of the reservoir rock and separated-vug porosities (such as moldic, intraparticle and vuggy) increase the whole porosity but have not a large role in the extraction of gas (permeability). In this paper, the effect of diagenetic minerals on types of porosity has been studied based on the study of thin-sections prepared from cores.

ABSTRACT: The objective of the current study is the comparison between the conflict management styles and the psychological health of the individuals with personalities congruent with their occupations and the individuals having personalities incongruent with their occupations. According to the nature and the objectives, the current study is an applied one and the causal-comparative method has been taken advantage of in order for the study to be performed. The study subjects are all of the employees working in Khouzestan Cement plant which totals 1050 in the time period between 2014 and 2015. Through the use of stratified-random sampling and by making use of Morgan Table the total number of 280 people was chosen as the sample volume. For collecting the data the occupation-personality congruence questionnaires derived from Brigges and Myers (1962), the conflict resolution styles from Putnam and Wilson (1989) and the general health (GHQ28) of Goldberg (1972) were taken advantage of. To analyze the information obtained from the questionnaires the independent cohort t-test and the multivariate analysis of variance were applied. The results showed that the solution-oriented styles (collaboration and compromise) and the non-confrontational styles (avoidance and giving in) is more in the individuals with the personality-occupational congruence than in the individuals without personality-occupational congruence. Also, the study findings revealed that the employees’ psychological health in the individuals with personality-occupation congruence is more than the individuals without personality-occupation congruence.

ABSTRACT : The researchers in the field of organizational culture believe that the relationship of the culture to the organization is like the relationship of character to the person. They believe that to create prosperity in the people of the community should be explored in the context of their personality. It also seems that organizational culture is associated with QWL, thus improving QWL is one of the most important goals of the organization and those who working for the organization. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of organizational culture with an Islamic approach on QWL of the employees at Zahedan Medical Science University. The method used in this research was descriptive with regression approach. The study population included all staff of Zahedan Medical Science University in 2015, which 274 person using Morgan table and simple random sampling method were selected. Questionnaires used in the study were researcher questionnaire in organizational culture with an Islamic approach with 63 items and researcher questionnaire in QWL with 21 items and 5-point Likert scale. To assess the reliability and validity of the mentioned questionnaires, they were given to the respected supervisors and their comments were attracted and also to estimate the reliability, at first 30 copies of the questionnaires were given to the participants which results based on Cronbach alpha for organizational culture questionnaire with an Islamic approach were equal to 934/0 and for QWL were equal to 0.909 respectively.

ABSTRACT: The propulsion subsystem plays a key role in the majority of space systems. This key role results in very accurate and free of error performance of propulsion subsystem, which customers are always expecting. With the increasing use of these systems in recent years, it is necessary to design and develop a domestic stand for such a precise calibration. A stand which could measure the magnitude of produced thrust, and also determines the force (thrust) vector. This paper presents the creative design of a domestic stand, which aims to accurately measure the thrust vector of space propulsion systems, so that it specifies the necessary actions for its implementation.

ABSTRACT: Landing gear is a structure that is mounted under the fuselage and helps the aircraft in takeoffs and landings. The most important duty of landing gear is the control of vibration exerted on the system through the shock absorber which is a common component to all the landing gear. Considering the importance of this issue, the necessity of investigating shock absorber with features such as high efficiency, reliability and maintenance, etc. is undeniable. In the present study In addition to choosing hydro pneumatic shock absorber its relationships arising from oil and gas liquids have been studied. This research was conducted with the aim of reducing the force variations and vibrations, with a focus on liquid gas. Thus, according to the gas laws, initially gas flow in the case of practical modes of isotherms during the taxi and poly trophic during landing has been studied. Considering that in the shock absorber only one mode can be used and Isotherms mode despite less vibration is not responsible for the landing phase and poly trophic mode exerts a lot of vibration on the fuselage, therefore a situation that can meet both needs in a way that have both phases of taxing and landing and at the same time reducing vibrations to be followed is the combination mode that its relation has been extracted at the end.

ABSTRACT: Prediction future of remote sensing stations telecommunication part, recognize opportunities and threats and present solutions during the 40 years of remote sensing, a remarkable development such as improving the resolution of imaging sensors has occurred, followed by the promotion of telecommunication subsystems in order to send, receive and analyze data with a higher bit rate or applying phased array antennas. Alongside with these developments, so many measures have been taken in order to manage the received images and present them to users. Among all, setting up GEONETCast and defining the project of networking satellites could be mentioned. However, in order for the remote sensing receiving stations to be developed well, the roadmap of the countries who already have this technology should be followed. One of the parts of the earth station which is at the forefront of developments, is telecommunication. That is because an earth station is established based on telecommunication requirements; furthermore, the telecommunication subsystems have a noticeable share in the expenditures. In this paper, regarding the present evidence, the future changes of space remote sensing have been introduced; moreover, future stations have been defined according to the previous experience. Nevertheless, as entering this new field is accompanied by opportunities and threats, they have been recognized and some solutions have been presented.

ABSTRACT: The fiber angle and tool rake angle are known as the greatest parameters affecting chip formation mechanism in machining composites. Many researchers have studied their effect separately. In this study, reference angle is defined as the replacement including both rake angle and fiber orientation angle. Finite element simulation is implemented to investigate crack propagation modes during orthogonal cutting of unidirectional fibre reinforced polymer (FRP) composites with several reference angles. It is shown all three fracture modes are intervened in specified ranges of reference angle. A set of appropriate tests in desired conditions are conducted to achieve a clear statement of influences of reference angle on outputs of machining and especially chip formation mechanism. The results show that the surface roughness and machining forces are influenced by the modes involved in chip formation; therefore independent of tool geometry and cutting conditions, it can be tracked only by one parameter, which is reference angle. One of the advantages of using this parameter is that the chip formation in the complex processes such as milling and drilling of composites can be formulated by lower number of parameters.

ABSTRACT: Life satisfaction is the way persons evaluate their lives and how they feel about their directions and options for the future. It is a measure of well-being and may be assessed in terms of mood, satisfaction with relations with others and with achieved goals, self-concepts, and self-perceived ability to cope with daily life. It is having a favorable attitude of one's life as a whole rather than an assessment of current feelings. Life satisfaction has been measured in relation to economic standing, amount of education, experiences, and residence, as well as many other topics. According to above statements, this research is about studying the effect of spiritual belief Components on satisfaction from life. Results of the research shows that belief to God, belief to spirituality, belief to eternity and spirit , connection with God and belief to models and spiritual stages have meaningful relation with life satisfaction.

ABSTRACT: Introduction: The population prevalence of older people has been growing worldwide; an essential public health goal is to reduce age-related disabilities in the elderly. This study aimed to assess socioeconomic factors influencing QoL among rural Shahindezh widow and divorced older people. Method: This cross-sectional study was conducted among older widow and divorced women (≥ 65years), in rural area of Shahindezh County in 2014. The cluster sampling was used for sample collection, totally 164 older widows and divorced people participated, and the elderly LEIPAD questionnaire was employed to interview elderly QoL. Economic status was classified by Principle Component Analysis (PCA) categorized into high, moderate and low, t-test and ANOVA analysis was performed to test the effect of factors on all domains of the QoL. Multivariate linear regression was performed to determine the factors influencing QoL among the older people. Result: The mean age of participants was 75.2±5.9 (65-90) years. The results showed significant relation between the participants ‘quality of life scores and variables such as Age, educational, Economic status, Income source and Ethnicity (P < 0.05). Multivariate analysis revealed that in TS and TCS models, Education, economic status, Ethnicity, source of income and occupation are significantly predictive of QoL (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Quality of life of widowed and divorced women must be taken into consideration as one of vulnerable groups of society. According to the results, illiterate, low economic Status, house wife and Turkish ethnicity widow and divorced women had low QoL, and require more attention to improve their QoL.

ABSTRACT: The geostrategic status of Iran, especially having long coastal borders in the vicinity of the most vital economic lifeline of the world (Persian Gulf) has rendered it to a dependent country on seaports, economically and strategically. Seaports aren’t military fortresses and have vulnerable infrastructure as open industrial and business centres, and an effective threats against them can cause extensive economic disorders and damages at national levels. Considering ports’ as vital assets, their vulnerable points must be identified and appropriate actions should be performed to repair or strengthen these points. Therefore a coherent pattern must be provided in order to identify vulnerabilities and port security. Regardless of the relative importance weights of the evaluation criteria, it appears to be an urgent need for critical infrastructures to develop a risk assessment methodology to manage the effective components. The main purpose of this paper is to provide a developed framework with the aim to overcome limitations of the classical approach to build a more secure and resilient critical infrastructures. The proposed framework extends conventional RAMCAP through introducing new parameters the effects on risk value. According to the complexity of problem and the inherent uncertainty, this research adopts a fuzzy multi criteria decision making technique to determine the weights of each criterion and the importance of alternatives with respect to criteria. Case analysis is implemented to illustrate the capability and effectiveness of the model for ranking the risk of critical infrastructures. The proposed model demonstrates a significant improvement in comparison with conventional RAMCAP.

ABSTRACT: Aluminium containing compounds are most popular class of adjuvants. They play active role as potency enhancer in a vaccine formulation, so it is important to have pre-information about adjutant’s physical properties. The present study was aimed to prepare aluminium phosphate gel using different methods and to determine their physiochemical characteristics like Aluminium concentration, particle count and particle distribution along with their settling time. Aluminium phosphate gel was prepared by four different methods using chemical co-precipitation. Concentration of Aluminium was determined in gels using complexometric titration and Particle count & distribution, using liquid particle counter. Settling rate of aluminium phosphate gels were determined by measuring length of settling area with respect to time using Vernier calipers. Based on comparative results of all the four methods of aluminium phosphate gel preparation in terms of their physiochemical properties, we can select most relevant method for preparation of aluminium phosphate adjuvant.

ABSTRACT: Theoretical and empirical evidence regarding the informational role of accounting conservatism and its positive effects on preserving the interests of capital providers in stock companies abounds. The main aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between conditional unconditional conservatism and bankruptcy risk in the companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange. The sample of the study includes 157 companies from the companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange and the data spans from 2005 to 2011. The results show that bankruptcy risk has no significant impact on conditional conservatism. However, contrary to the theoretical assumptions of the research, bankruptcy risk decreases unconditional conservatism among the sample companies. Furthermore, the results show that unconditional conservatism decreases bankruptcy risk. The latter finding is consistent with the theoretical assumptions of the research which indicates the advantages of accounting conservatism for protecting the interests of the owners in companies facing bankruptcy.

ABSTRACT: Objective: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection remains a major global health problem. This study aimed to describe the epidemiological patterns of hepatitis HBV and HCV and to determine its risk factors in a specific period. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, data on all patients with positive HBsAg and anti-HCV infection during were collected by health experts from the registration records at health centre of Miyandoab city. Data were represented by central and dispersion parameters and independent t-test was used regarding the equal variance of independent variables and chi-square test was used for qualitative variables. Results: In total, 101 cases of viral hepatitis HBV and HCV, with an average age 41.30 (SD± 13.95) were studied. The final diagnosis of 74.3% of patients with chronic hepatitis B, 19.8% of acute hepatitis B and 4% hepatitis C diagnosis were found. The most important reason of review in HBsAg positive was "finding asymptomatic subjects with predisposing factors" 20.5% and "voluntary examining” 14%. The first and foremost clinical symptoms leading to visit in surveillance system included: nausea and vomiting 36.6%, abdominal pain 13.9%, respectively. The distribution of exposure history to viral hepatitis HBV and HCV was reported 28.2% in dental cares. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that more patients in voluntary examining and asymptomatic subjects were diagnosed in government agencies. Age above 30 and receiving dental care were the most important risk factors for viral hepatitis HBV and HCV.

ABSTRACT: Education is a process that aims to ensure the development of each individual's capabilities and potential. The education system assumes that creativity is one of the skills to be developed. However, often the operationalization of this competence seems to be viewed in a decontextualized form in Physical Education. Therefore we seek through a literature review, understand and analyze the different approaches to creativity in physical education, never forgetting that all actions have consequences and that they could condition the development of our students. The analysis carried out found no way to assess creativity, so we think that we need to rethink the physical education as a discipline as well as the methodologies and processes used , as the current model is not in line with what you want to - develop a creative man , able to adapt to new situations, in school and society .

ABSTRACT : Increasing the number of aviation incidents in the present world and excessive air crash casualties, delay in declaring the cause of the accident (more than one year) that significantly impacted the clarification of public opinion, and also the lack of comprehensive research on civil liability of airline companies toward the plane crash accidents and the relevancy of the subject of the current article to the climatic conditions of Ardabil city- especially the location of Ardabil airport that is foggy in most months of the year, and the demise of the dear Iranians on Sunday evening in 9 January 2011 due to the falling of Boeing (EP-IRP) in the vicinity of Urmia all have been motivations for author to carry out the current research. The current research was done primarily in a library-based manner and somehow in a field-based manner. Scrutinize and examine the contents of the study determines that the existence of force majeure as one of the causes of the air crash had no effect on the civil liability of the airline, and airline still will be liable to compensate the damages. Among domestic law and international treaties governing civil liability, Warsaw Law further protects the compensation of the expenses of the victims. Airlines are responsible for any passenger goods that are not registered, and among the prevailing theories on the civil liability of negligence, risk and guarantee of the right, the theory of risk mainly provides victims' rights to justice and their legal representatives and is more determined to establish justice.

ABSTRACT: A semi-experimental study (pretest-posttest with control group) was carried out to survey effectiveness of educations of skills for sex on improvement of intimacy and reduction of aggressive behavior between couples. A sample group (n = 30) of the couples with sexual problems who referred to Arsh Clinic in Mashhad-Iran in 2015 was formed through convenient sampling. The participants were randomly grouped in experiment (n = 15 couples) control (n = 15 couples) groups. The data gathering tools included marital intimacy questionnaire and aggression questionnaire. The experiment group received educations on skills for sex (six sessions of 2hrs each) and meanwhile the control group received no intervention. At the end of the intervention, the participants filled out the questionnaire once more. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (covariance) statistics. The findings indicated effectiveness of the educations on increase of intimacy in the couples and on decrease of aggression between them.

ABSTRACT: The main aim of this study was to explore the livelihood strategies of sustainability and vulnerability in drought conditions. For this purpose, the research population consisted of all small-scale farmers in Kurdistan province (N=112000). By using of Morgan table, 402 beneficiary farmers by multi-stage stratified sampling method were selected. The main study instrument was a questionnaire which its validity and reliability was confirmed by a panel of experts and Cronbach's alpha, respectively (α> 0.7). Data were submitted to SPSSwin19. The results showed that there was observed significant differences among different cities based on stability so that the city of Dehgolan and Sanandaj had the highest and lowest levels of stability, respectively. Mathematical model of vulnerability showed that drought had various effects on different cities. Eventually, the results of decision tree indicated that farmers who had the greater stability and less vulnerable, used diversification strategy more and migration strategies less, so that the model is likely (69.7 percent) able to classify farmers in two different classes according to diversification and migration strategies.

ABSTRACT: Traditional Turkish product grape juices, grape pekmez, and dried grape; products make that grapes, is commonly made differences region of Turkey. Comparatives of some physical and chemical composition, mineral and heavy metal properties of grapes samples were analyzed products that grape juices, grape pekmez and dried grape. The samples were analyzed L, a and b colour, dry mater, ash, total phenolic, DPPH reducing antioxidant power and some mineral and heavy metal, as Ca, Mg, Na, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Cr, Co Pb, Ni, Sn, Cd and Mo contents. The grape juices, grape pekmez, and dried grape products that grapes were showed differences statistically on colour values, dry mater, ash, total phenolic, DPPH antioxidant power and some mineral and heavy metal.

ABSTRACT : Many studies have shown that the presence or spending long hours in hospitals is a stressful experience for patients, visitors and staff. Among the different groups, Children as the most vulnerable groups of people (especially during illness) have been considered by planners and designers in particular. In this regard ,the presentation of solutions on pediatric hospital design with environmental psychology approach, Considered to be a positive step. One of the solutions to help treatment accelerationin these patients, is concerned using of attractions and the therapeutic effects of the natural environment in hospitals and their therapeutic spaces. The article method is analytical-descriptive and based on documentary and library.The most important variables of current article consist of physical and psychological characteristics of children's, related concepts to "healing garden" and the role of nature in promoting health and improve disease, and analyzing its impact on the treatment of children. The results show that existence of natural elements in pediatric hospital had a positive effect on the course of their treatment, family morale, staff productivity.

ABSTRACT: Total Quality Management (TQM) is a useful strategy which can be used to improve the competitive advantages in libraries. To Implement TQM, it is necessary to identify users’ needs, accept continual improvement of activities and also the mutual benefits in the relationship with suppliers. The aim of current study was to identify the level of using TQM components in the academic libraries in Bandar Abbas city, Iran in 2015. This was a descriptive-analytical study in which all staffs working in academic libraries of Bandar Abbas city were recruited (60). We used the questionnaire which was recently developed by Taherkhani and Fathizadeh (1391) according to ISO 9000 and relevant literature. We used descriptive and analytical statistics and SPSS 16 to analyze our data. Findings showed that among the TQM components, only “Focusing on customers” had a suitable situation(3.16%), while “Leadership”(2.45%), “Systemic approach to management”(2.41%), and “Factual approach for the decision making process”(2.53%) were in lower positions. However, “Continual improvement of activities in libraries”(2.19%), “Process approach”(2.12%) ,“Relationship with suppliers” (2.29%),and “Involvement of staffs”(2.23%), had the worst positions in the studied libraries. The use of TQM and its components in the academic libraries of Bandar Abbas city were not in an ideal situation. Thus, it is essential to make proper planning, pay more attentions to this important issue and try to implement and improve TQM in the academic libraries of this city.

ABSTRACT: Introduction: Prayer is actually an act of worship which is considered the pillar of religion in Islam. Prayer is held in two communal and individual forms. However, communal prayer is preferable and in fact makes a correlation and harmony among people which in turn leads to peace of mind. In today's world, stress and anxiety are considered a problem. Exam anxiety during the education is one of the students’ problems to deal with which the students are somehow looking for a solution. Methodology: This descriptive-analytic study was conducted to examine the prayer impact on exam anxiety in the students who participated in the communal prayer compared to those who did not in Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year . The students were divided into two groups A and B. Group A included the students who participated in the communal prayer and Group B included the students who did not participate in the communal prayer. A checklist containing demographic variables and Sarason Anxiety Inventory were used to collect data. Finally, data were analyzed using SPSS Software. Results: Sixty four students of 17 to 28 years old participated in this study. Data analysis showed that the mean anxiety score in Group A was less than B. Conclusion: According to the study results, communal prayer can be a factor to reduce the exam anxiety among the students.

ABSTRACT: Introduction: Central vein catheterization is a common method in patients who need monitoring of central vein pressure, long-term venous treatment, total parenteral nutrition, and hemodialysis. Intenal jugular vein is the most commonly chosen route. Ultrasound guided jugular vein access is a more technically successful method with lower complications. However, based on the report from The Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists, only 15% of those in practice are interested in the use of ultrasound guided catheterization of central veins as a routine method. Higher frequency of needle insertion for cannulation can increase the risk of bacterial infection, pneumothorax, hemothorax, hematoma, and brachial plexus injury. Methods: The study was performed as a clinical trial. 324 cases were randomized into two groups by means of the randomization table. Group A included 162 patients with anatomic access to internal jugular vein and group B included 162 patients with ultrasound guided jugular vein access. Sampling and CVC (Central Vein Catheterization) was done by a surgical resident. Having been entered into SPSS software (version 19), the data was analyzed using descriptive statistics (number, percent) and chi-square test. Results: From the 162 patients in group A, 97 (59.9%) were successfully catheterized. In group B 132 out of 162 patients (81.5%) were successfully catheterized through the internal jugular vein (P-value<0.001).

The adult insects are characterized by: female insects are reddish- brown in color and larger than males in size, female size is 7.5 – 8.5 mm long and 5 -5.5 mm widths whereas the male size is 7-8 mm long and 4-5mm widths, the males are lighter than females in color, the abdomen ends in females are circular, the male genitalia are elongated, the distance between mesocoxa in this species is wide, the edges of the hind leg tibia are hairy with hard thick hairs on the tibia apex. The larvae are white and curved and present in the soil. The seriousness of the insect is due to the severe damages that it causes to plants. Adult insects are present during March – Jun on the vegetative growth chewing foliage. The grubs are found inside the soil, stay for 6-7 months feeding on roots, causing serious damage and leading to the deterioration and death of the plants. The presence of the larvae was recorded in the soils planted with rose (Rosa hybrid), olive (Olea europaea), citrus (Citrus spp.), jasmine (Jasminum sambec), conocarpus erectus, nerium (Nerium oleander ), (Gazania spicudens), christ thorn (Euphorbia milii ), and cypress (Cupressus sempervirens). The more presence of the insect larvae was in the pot soil of roses. 10-20 larvae/pot were recorded and the percentage of plant mortality was 70-80%.

ABSTRACT: In this paper, we shall establish sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence of solutions for a first order boundary value problem for fractional differential equations including integral term in right hand side of the equation. This will be accomplished by Banach and Kransnoselskii fixed-point theorems.

ABSTRACT: Due to the development construction technologies numerous efforts have been made to replace old materials with new material types. An effective step towards this end is optimization of lightweight concrete mix design methods to provide for analysis of the effects of all parameters on achievement of the desired design mix strength and efficiency. In this research, using results of mix design of 100 concrete samples with 10 10 10 cm3 dimensions it was tried to express the effects of variables such as fineness modulus, lightweight aggregate to total aggregate ratio, and water content of lightweight concrete mix design. Hence, the aforementioned factors were considered the parameters optimizing lightweight concrete mix design. Similar to normal concrete, in lightweight concrete the concrete mix water content is proportional to strength. Results suggest that to obtain a homogenous lightweight concrete mix design it is necessary to consider the level and gradation of lightweight aggregates and sand fineness modulus.

ABSTRACT : Balanced Scorecard (BSC) enables expression of the vision and strategies of a business in terms of performance indicators and thus ensures establishment of the framework required for strategic measurement and management system. This technique helps that organization to reach its goals by focusing on the organization strategies and making logical and true relations with all the organizational aspects (financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth). In this research, a method of decision making along with BSC has been used. In order to use experts' ideas, Fuzzy AHP method has been used. In this research, a aluminium conductor production factory in Iran has been studied. In this research, BSC and Fuzzy AHP methods has been used to improve organizational performance in aluminium conductor production factory. Finally, total performance score will be calculated by multiplying the global weights and scale values of performance indicators and then by summing the resulting performance levels.

ABSTRACT : The aim of the study is Investigation the relationship between knowledge management and training in organization. This study was a descriptive survey and the survey instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. Statistical society was all of experts in export companies of Tehran. Sample size (140 persons) determination is based on the Krejcie and Morgan table and cluster random sampling method was used. After data collection, data analysis was performed using SPSS. Results showed that there are significant relationship between knowledge management and training in organization. Also findings revealed that there are significant relationship between knowledge management and better learning and reduce time of learning for employee.

ABSTRACT : The deployment of information and communication technology in education systems has resulted in a great evolution in the world. In current area, every country, depending on its political, socio-economic and cultural situations, looks for specific objectives aimed at improving its educational services quality. Being replaced school consultants by expert systems is an instrument for this. Application of this technology in education system can result in the progression and development of the system however, it can assist students in the course of achieving their targets. The shortage of expert consultants in schools highlights the need for a system with the ability of assisting students in achieving their targets. The purpose of this study is to design an expert system to assess educational progress. To this end, 95 teachers, consultants and managers of schools located in the 3rd region of Tehran municipality were invited to state their comments on the influential factors on students’ educational progress. The results revealed that some factors like interests, learning, intelligence and family’s economic status play a vital role in students’ educational process of progression.

ABSTRACT : Increasing the number of aviation incidents in the present world and excessive air crash casualties, delay in declaring the cause of the accident (more than one year) that significantly impacted the clarification of public opinion, and also the lack of comprehensive research on civil liability of airline companies toward the plane crash accidents and the relevancy of the subject of the current article to the climatic conditions of Ardabil city- especially the location of Ardabil airport that is foggy in most months of the year, and the demise of the dear Iranians on Sunday evening in 9 January 2011 due to the falling of Boeing (EP-IRP) in the vicinity of Urmia all have been motivations for author to carry out the current research. The current research was done primarily in a library-based manner and somehow in a field-based manner. Scrutinize and examine the contents of the study determines that the existence of force majeure as one of the causes of the air crash had no effect on the civil liability of the airline, and airline still will be liable to compensate the damages. Among domestic law and international treaties governing civil liability, Warsaw Law further protects the compensation of the expenses of the victims. Airlines are responsible for any passenger goods that are not registered, and among the prevailing theories on the civil liability of negligence, risk and guarantee of the right, the theory of risk mainly provides victims' rights to justice and their legal representatives and is more determined to establish justice.
